Lost Wages – The LW committee will meet regularly on Wednesdays at 5:15-6:30 at Canyon Crest Dining and Event Center. This is a fun way to get involved in planning our biggest fundraiser of the year. All are welcome. The event will be on March 14 from 7-10 at Canyon Crest.

This week’s meeting will feature Madalyn Schutte telling us about her senior project that benefited the Twin Falls Optimist Youth House. She involved Coach Reinert and the CSI Men’s Basketball Team to spread the word about her fundraiser. Come to the meeting on 1/9/20 to hear all about it!

The 9th Annual Avenues for Hope Housing Challenge has raised 18,455 from 68 donors for the Twin Falls Optimist Youth House. Thanks to everyone who donated and spread the word on their social media!
The Idaho Department of Heath and Welfare and Casey Family Programs will present a special screening of the acclaimed HBO documentary “Foster” on January 9th, 6:30pm at the Orpheum Theater. This film provides a powerful picture of the issues within the child welfare system. Meet others who are making a difference in the lives of children and families within our own community… and learn how you can make a difference!
