The Twin Falls Optimist Club recognizes local youth for their efforts in the arts, community service work, academics, and athletics. Our Youth Appreciation Luncheon is intended to make exceptional youth feel important and highlight their positive contributions to our community. Each honoree is chosen by the administrators at their school and receives a proclamation from the Mayor of Twin Falls.

The Optimist Essay Contest is designed to develop writing and critical thinking skills. Our Club winners receive $150, $125 and $100 for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
